He earned masters degrees in Accounting and Information Systems, worked in IT and financial audit for a Big 4 firm, and served as a fractional CFO and CAS practitioner for over 10 years before hiring his first US employee in 2018 and scaling to over 100 team members within about 5 years. He is passionate about innovation in the accounting industry, including leadership and organizational practices, technology, and quality of life.
