Jerilyn Keit Dressler, CPA, is Chief Growth Officer at Your Part-Time Controller, LLC, where she leads the firm’s national growth strategy and guides cross functional teams in driving mission aligned expansion. Her work focuses on identifying and activating the strategic levers that enable YPTC to scale sustainably across markets. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the accounting and advisory profession, including eight years at EY auditing public companies across multiple industries. Jerilyn joined YPTC in 2008, serving nonprofit organizations as a Controller/CFO before transitioning into firmwide growth leadership. She is an active community and arts advocate, currently serving as Treasurer of Philadanco and previously co founding and chairing Friends of Bache Martin.
