We have all had that client—the one who emails at 2 a.m., regularly asks for tasks beyond the scope of work, or chronically pays late. While some of these issues may point to misaligned client relationships, more often they stem from a lack of clearly defined expectations.

This session will explore strategies to establish firm, respectful boundaries with clients from the very beginning. You will learn how to communicate what is in scope, how to enforce expectations consistently, and how to automate parts of your client experience so those boundaries are reinforced without constant intervention. These practices are essential not only for protecting your time and sanity but also for creating a scalable, client-focused firm.
