Location and Travel

This year's conference will be at the fabulous Loews Chicago O'Hare in Rosemont, IL. We are offering special pricing for hotel stays at $189 a night.
Chicago O'Hare is the closest airport to the conference venue. There are free shuttles running every 15 minutes to/from O'Hare and the hotel. Pick-up for all flights is at the Bus & Shuttle Center at Door #2 (across from the Hilton). Exits to the shuttle center are located by baggage claim. Follow the red Shuttle Center Signs.
Yes, parking is an additional $38 per night added to your bill.
The hotel provides free internet and additionally, there will be free sponsored wifi during the conference.


Cancellations received by 5/31 will receive a 100% refund. By 6/30, you will receive a 75% refund. By 7/21, you will receive a 50% refund. After 7/21, we regret that no registration fees can be refunded. If you are unable to attend, a colleague can attend in your place, and the administrative fee will not be applied. Cancellations and substitutions can be made online through your registration confirmation. For cancellations due to health-related concerns, please contact us at Digital Access registrations are non refundable.

Digital Access Pass

Yes, after you purchase the digital access pass you will be able to tune in via the CVENT app.
Session recordings will be available about 3 to 4 weeks after the conference. You will receive email updates regarding the availability.


Begin by downloading the CVENT App onto your device. Look Up Conference Title: Utilize the app's search function to locate the event titled "Bridging the Gap Conference 2024". Provide Your Details: Input your first name, last name, and email address that you registered with into the app's registration fields. Confirm your Identity: You will receive either an email or text message with a code to confirm your identity. [The phone number and/or email address you provided in the registration process will be what is used]
Your conference badge will be scanned automatically when you enter and exit conference sessions. CPE certificates will be emailed to you four to six weeks after the conference. For more information, please email us at CPE credit is not available for sessions viewed on-demand.
