Location and Travel

This year's conference will be at the Denver Marriott Tech Center in Denver, Colorado!
Yes, parking is an additional $18 per night added to your bill.
The hotel provides free internet and additionally, there will be free sponsored wifi during the conference.

Registration

Cancellations received by 5/31 will receive a 100% refund. By 6/30, you will receive a 75% refund. By 7/21, you will receive a 50% refund. After 7/21, we regret that no registration fees can be refunded. If you are unable to attend, a colleague can attend in your place, and the administrative fee will not be applied. Cancellations and substitutions can be made online through your registration confirmation. For cancellations due to health-related concerns, please contact us at info@btgconference.com. Digital Access registrations are non refundable.

Yes! This year, we are offering a couple of options... a discount for recent CPA graduates and group rates are available for 5 or more attendees. For more information, email Hailey at info@btgconference.com

Logistics

Begin by downloading the CVENT App onto your device. Look Up Conference Title: Utilize the app's search function to locate the event titled "Bridging the Gap Conference 2025". Provide Your Details: Input your first name, last name, and email address that you registered with into the app's registration fields. Confirm your Identity: You will receive either an email or text message with a code to confirm your identity. [The phone number and/or email address you provided in the registration process will be what is used]
Your conference badge will be scanned automatically when you enter and exit conference sessions. CPE certificates will be emailed to you four to six weeks after the conference. For more information, please email us at info@btgconference.com CPE credit is not available for sessions viewed on-demand.

Conference dress code is business casual. Special events such as The Award Gala is "dress to impress"!

How to download the Event App

1. Access the CVENT App: Begin by downloading the CVENT App onto your device through your preferred app store: (Apple) (Android)
Utilize the app's search function to locate the event titled "Bridging the Gap Conference 2024."
Input your first name, last name, and email address that you registered with into the app's registration fields
You will receive either an email or text message with a code to confirm your identity. [The phone number and/or email address you provided in the registration process will be what is used]
YOU'RE ALL SET: ONCE YOUR INFORMATION IS ENTERED, CONSIDER YOURSELF SUCCESSFULLY REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE! SELECT YOUR SESSIONS AND MORE: THROUGH THE APP YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO: AI INTEGRATED NETWORKING, PERSONAL AGENDA BUILDING, 1 ON 1 ATTENDEE MESSAGING, BADGE ACCESS, AND A LAYOUT OF THE EVENT.

Troubleshooting the Event App

Confirm device compatability - Apple and Android only Android Users: Android 10 and higher Apple Users: iOS 14 and higher. iPad support coming soon. App store availability: Apple and Google Play only
Check for browser updates - we recommend Chrome or Firefox. Refresh Browser -> Log out and back in -> Try alternate browser or incognito window Disconnect from VPN Clear Browser Cookies & Cache
Check your email, spam/junk folder and text messages
Cvent is compatible with the latest versions of Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Safari. Ensure attendees are using the latest version of their browser to mitigate security risks or slow performance which can cause the Attendee Hub to behave incorrectly.
At the log in page, attendees will be prompted to enter their first name, last name, and email address. Then click Next. They will then receive an email and, if provided, a text message to their mobile phone containing a verification. Enter the code and click Log in. Only registered attendees can log in to the Attendee Hub. Ensure the attendee is registered for the event. If they are registered, the attendee can click Didn’t receive a code? Try Again, to walk through the login process again. SELECT YOUR SESSIONS AND MORE: THROUGH THE APP YOU WILL HAVE ACCESS TO: AI INTEGRATED NETWORKING, PERSONAL AGENDA BUILDING, 1 ON 1 ATTENDEE MESSAGING, BADGE ACCESS, AND A LAYOUT OF THE EVENT.
If an attendee does not receive their verification, planners can look up the code and provide it to the attendee. Simply log in to Cvent and navigate to the event. On the attendee’s invitee record, the Login verification code will display the 6- digit code. If the verification code has Expired, the planner can generate a new verification code. Click on Actions, then Create New Verification Code.
If an attendee is receiving this error while attempting to log in to the Attendee Hub website or app, it means they have unsuccessfully entered their verification code 10 times and their login access has been revoked. The planner can restore an attendee’s access by logging in Cvent and navigating to the event. Search for the attendee’s invitee record and confirm the Login Access is Revoked. Hover over Actions in the top right, then click Restore Login Access. The attendee can now restart the login process.
