Upon entering the session room, you will be able to "check in" to that session via the CVENT app by clicking on the session. You'll see an option to "scan QR code". Once you click on that, you can scan the QR code displayed on the screens at the start of each session.

When attending sessions, it is important to remember these tips below to ensure you are awarded your CPE credit for each one you attend during the conference. One Session at a Time: You can only attend one session at a time to earn a single CPE credit. Session Integrity: If you leave a session within the first 50 minutes to join another, the original session will be voided, and you will not receive the CPE credit. Additionally, leaving the session for more than 10 minutes may result in your CPE being voided, although this rule will not affect brief restroom breaks. Avoid Double-Booking: Checking into multiple sessions simultaneously will void all attended sessions, resulting in no CPE credits awarded. Plan Ahead: Carefully choose your sessions and plan your schedule to ensure you earn the desired CPE credits.
