We are excited to welcome back Marina Bay Yoga and the Wellness Room at Bridging the Gap 2024!
Live Schedule
The Wellness Room will host classes each day and be open in between classes for Self Guided Wellness, Open Meditation, and access to get personalized coaching from The Wellness Curator, Kasidy Kersey Howie.
All classes are beginner friendly and mats will be provided. Please bring your own water. Classes are located in Cassat B.
Monday – July 22nd
7:00 – 7:30 am: Yoga (Flow) – Grounding
7:40 – 8:00 am: Guided Morning Meditation
8:30 – 10:00 am: Self Guided Wellness Stations
1:15 – 1:35 pm: Gratitude Workshop – To Grow Your Business
1:45 – 3:15 pm: Self Guided Wellness Stations
3:20 – 3:40 pm: Breathwork & Sound Bath
Tuesday – July 23rd
7:00 – 7:30 am: Yoga (Flow) – Refreshing
9:00 – 10:30 am: Self Guided Wellness Stations
10:35 – 10:55 am: Chair Yoga – Common Accountant Pain
1:15 – 1:35 pm: Habit Hacking – Stay physically and mentally healthy through busy season
1:45 – 3:15 pm: Self Guided Wellness Stations
3:20 – 3:40 pm: Yoga Nidra (Meditation)
Wednesday – July 23rd
7:00 – 7:30 am: Yoga (Flow) – Energizing
9:00 – 10:30 am: Self Guided Wellness Stations
10:35 – 10:55 am: Chair Yoga – Reset at Your Desk
